Welcome to the OpenTrack Blog

by The OpenTrack Crew / / May 4, 2021

The odds are good that if you’re reading this post, you’re more than familiar with the adrenaline rush that comes with not  just your on-track speed but the combination of emotions that drivers experience as they head into any HPDE or track day event -  a little nervous, inexplicable excitement to be doing what you love and determination to continuously improve your on-track performance.

That mixed emotion adrenaline rush is exactly how we here at OpenTrack feel as we proudly introduce our brand new OpenTrack blog!

We kicked off the 2021 track season with the launch of what we like to call, “OpenTrack 2.0” - a realignment of our products and services in order to find new ways to connect our customers with their love of driving on-track.  We have renewed our commitment to becoming more than just your HPDE and track day insurance provider.  This blog is another key component to the success of that commitment.

Our goal with this blog is to help create better drivers by giving you access to tips and tools from industry pros, as well as a celebration of the passion and camaraderie that goes hand-in-hand with any HPDE or track driving event.

Just like our insurance offerings, this blog is built for drivers.  Which is why we’d love to hear from all of you!  Hit us with your burning track driving questions, comment and share your constructive feedback (or even unconstructive - we’re big fans of transparency over here at OpenTrack) on posts and/or let us know if you have suggestions that you’d like to see for future post topics!

Without further ado, WELCOME to the blog!  We’re so happy that you’re here and can’t wait to share our exciting and useful lineup of post topics with all of you!
